Payment plans are completely interest free and hassle free, simply leave a deposit to secure your item(s) and have the remaining balance automatically leave your account whenever you like!

How does it work?

• Shop online and click the  button on the cart page. This button will only be visible if your cart totals £25 or more.
• To access the cart page: Click the pink "Checkout" button in the cart drawer, then once on the first page of Checkout scroll to the bottom and click the pink "< Return to cart" text link. You will then find the Partial.ly payment button at the bottom of this page.
• Sign in to your Partial.ly account, or sign up for an account if you don't yet have one. Partial.ly are a trusted third party who enable us to offer you flexible payment plans.
• Choose your deposit amount. This can be anything from 20% to 50%.
• Choose your payment frequency. This can be anything from every 1 week (8 payments) to every 4 weeks (2 payments). All payment plans have up to 8 weeks to be paid in full, however you can choose to shorten the plan time if preferred.
• Proceed to checkout and enter your debit/credit card information - this is the card that will be charged automatically until your payment plan has been fully paid.
• Read the terms - this will give you full details of how much you will be charged and on what date(s).
• Enter your full name to sign the contract.
• Click "Process Down Payment".
• Congratulations! You have successfully created your payment plan with schallzahnbuerstetest LTD and will be charged automatically according to your chosen payment frequency for up to 8 weeks until full payment has been paid.
• Your order will be dispatched via your chosen method as soon as full payment has been made.

Please Note - If plan is not paid by the end of the 8 weeks your deposit and any payments made will be lost. If your plan defaults due to excessive missed payments it is your responsibility to contact us and arrange payment of the outstanding amount.

FAQ

Can I return my payment plan item(s)?

Payment plan items are nonreturnable and nonrefundable due to being on hold for yourself for 2 months, however, we can exchange like for like if the size you have ordered isn't right.

Can I cancel my payment plan?

We understand that circumstances can change, or sometimes you just change your mind! That's why we allow up to 48 hours to cancel your payment plan with no charge. Any plans cancelled outside of 48 hours will see the deposit lost, plus any payments already made.

Can I add/cancel an item on my plan?

Unfortunately we cannot amend a payment plan once the contract has been signed.

If you wish to add another item, we ask that you open another payment plan.

If you wish to cancel an item, you will need to pay off the plan in full, then we will issue a credit note (if cancelled within 48 hours of opening the plan we will issue a refund).

When will my payment plan be shipped?

Your payment plan will be shipped once the balance has been paid in full. We always aim to ship within 1 working day.

Can I make a payment now/pay my plan off early?

Of course, you can make a payment whenever you like! Simply log-in to your Partial.ly account and click the "Make a Payment" button.
